Coroner Challenges Goodyear’s Account
Hamilton County Coroner Jeff Jellison says Mark Goodyear has not been fully forthcoming with investigators.
“I have asked him questions I know the answers to, and he failed the test,” Jellison told Fox News Digital.

The ABC News Studios true‑crime series “Return to Fox Hollow: New Victims, Darker Secrets” explores new theories about accomplices, overlooked evidence and witness accounts.
Jellison says he wants Goodyear to disclose any information that could identify remaining victims and clarify how they died.
Goodyear’s History and Denials
Goodyear, who was questioned by Hamilton County police in 1996 and claimed to be Baumeister’s sole survivor, has never faced charges.
He maintains he was forced to watch disturbing tapes in 1994, a claim that has fueled speculation about hidden video evidence.
Scale of the Investigation
Investigators have recovered roughly 10,000 burned and broken human bones and fragments from the 18‑acre estate.
About 9,000 remains remain unexamined, and authorities suspect at least 25 victims, according to WRTV.
Potential Accomplices
Jellison warns that another suspect may exist, emphasizing that Goodyear is not the primary person of interest.
“There are very strong indications there is another suspect, and it wasn’t Mark Goodyear,” he said in the documentary.
Calls for Public Assistance
Jellison urges anyone who believes a missing loved one could be linked to the case to contact his office, noting that roughly 500 tips arrived after the original documentary aired.
“Come forward. If you don’t know what to do, call me. I’ll get you going in the right direction,” he added.
