The 45‑year‑old was broadcasting from Fab Factory in Hollywood when paramedics responded to his distress, TMZ reported.
His mother appeared on the stream as he began feeling unwell, according to TMZ.
Images obtained by TMZ show paramedics attending a shirtless Ray J with chest monitors while he lay on a stretcher.
Another clip captured him eating chips from a bag as medics lifted him into an ambulance.
Sources told TMZ he was taken to a hospital for heart‑related concerns, though no specific diagnosis has been released.
Ray J has been participating in an 180‑day streaming subathon called “Rayhab,” staying up for extended periods, Page Six reported.
This is not the first health scare this year: in January he was hospitalized in Las Vegas for pneumonia and heart pain, and in May he suffered a concussion after being knocked out in a celebrity fight, TMZ said.
Ray J rose to fame through reality television, the hit single “One Wish,” and a widely publicized sex tape with Kim Kardashian.
