KJ Biermann, 15, has been indicted on seven felony counts, including child molestation, sexual battery and aggravated sodomy, after a Fulton County grand jury issued the charges.
Indictment Details
The teen faces a total of seven counts, ranging from aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy to false imprisonment, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
He was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia, in April and subsequently charged as an adult under Georgia’s SB440 law, which allows superior courts to try youths aged 13 to 17 for specified violent felonies.
Biermann remains held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for September.
Family Background
KJ is the oldest son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, reality‑TV personalities who ended their first divorce filing in July 2023 after 11 years of marriage.
The couple also has three younger children: Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12, while Biermann adopted Zolciak’s daughters Ariana and Brielle from a previous relationship.
Zolciak’s Response
Zolciak denied the allegations in a statement to Fox News Digital, calling them “reckless and deeply troubling.”
She said her son voluntarily took a polygraph, passed the examination, and that no DNA linking him to the alleged conduct was found.
“False accusations can devastate the accused and undermine genuine survivors,” Zolciak added, urging the public to let the legal process run its course.
“We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people refrain from spreading unproven allegations,” she said.
