KJ Biermann, 15, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy in Alpharetta, Georgia, following an alleged April incident.

Documents obtained by Fox News Digital confirm the charges were filed on Aug. 17 after his arrest.
Kim Zolciak, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, denied the allegations in a statement to Fox News Digital, calling them “reckless and deeply troubling.”
“He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,” she said.
Zolciak added that her son voluntarily took a polygraph examination, passed, and that no DNA matching his profile was found.
She also noted that the accuser has made similar allegations against two other individuals, raising concerns that merit careful examination.
“We ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations,” Zolciak said.
KJ remains held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for September.
